We believe in full disclosure of our business practices and invite you to compare how we do business with any other company in our industry. When you reserve a bounce house, waterslide, equipment, or services with Jump N Slide AZ, we are making a firm commitment to you to be there on time with quality bounce houses, waterslides, and any other equipment you have rented. That means we cannot book the equipment you have reserved for any other event on that day.


We provide the option for you to book your bounce house and or waterslide rental for your event with us online or you may call the number on our website and speak to a Jump N Slide AZ representative.


Your payment is nonrefundable if you choose to cancel after 48 hours until your event. It is your commitment to us and our commitment to you. Because we do not double book bounce houses or waterslide rentals like most other vendors, we have lost the venue from your rental if you cancel. We will always try to work with you to reschedule.


We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards and cash upon delivery with the exception that you provide us with a credit card to hold your reservation prior to your event. Payments will be made in full before units are delivered.
